All Future Meditations

Today I wanted to share the exciting news that I am now a teacher on the Insight Timer app! Insight Timer is the free meditation app I have been using daily for the last four years. I jumped around to several apps before I found this one - now it meets all of my needs and it's the only one I use.

I love the diversity of teachings and teachers from around the world. I love that there is a section devoted to meditative music and nature sounds. All of my music for reiki sessions comes from this app. I even use the sleep music options to calm puppy Luna!

I hope you'll give me a follow on the app and try out the meditations I've created for you.

I am so excited, humbled, proud and inspired to be a teacher on Insight Timer - right next to some of my most-admired teachers who have guided me through so much healing. It's truly an honor, and very surreal! Thank you for celebrating this milestone with me!
